Orders will be delivered except breakage of stocks, in a no more than 72 hours term, as long as the purchase has been made before 17 hours in workable schedule. Orders spent on Friday, after 12 hours will be managed as of the next workable day. Returns only will be accepted if material arrived defective or damaged because of the transport. Merchandise returned because of above mentioned causes will be replaced at our charge as the only commitment of replacement so any other damage or prejudice related to the bad condition of merchandise are explicitly excluded.
